We're a German company; GDPR is our daily routine, not a checkbox. What Buust does with your data (and what it doesn't) is laid out here in one overview — before pricing, not in the fine print.
You control the connection.
Disconnect eBay / Shopify / Amazon from your dashboard with one click. Your shop credentials are revoked immediately and permanently deleted on our side within 30 days.
Credentials encrypted per workspace.
Each workspace gets its own key — even in the worst case, your credentials are useless to anyone else. Standard for serious software, default at Buust from day one.
Servers in Germany & the EU.
Your data and videos are processed exclusively in German data centers (Frankfurt, Falkenstein). External service providers are also based in the EU and operate under EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
DPA on request.
If you process personal data of third parties through Buust (e.g. order data), we'll sign a data processing agreement with you under Art. 28 GDPR. A quick email to info@buust.de is enough.
Account deletion in one click.
Dashboard → Settings → Delete account. Everything — your videos, connections and the entire account — gets removed for good. No support ticket, no waiting period.
