Common questions

Can I use both — friend invite AND affiliate?

Yes. Both programmes run in parallel under your own workspace. Affiliate payouts come from paying referrals, friend invites from render activity. One link per programme — fully independent.

When exactly do I get the 10 free videos?

As soon as your invited workspace has successfully produced its very first video. We deliberately wait for that step — anyone who just signs up and does nothing shouldn't trigger a reward. Pure sign-up bonuses invite abuse.

Who gets accepted as an affiliate?

Creators, newsletter operators, consultants, agencies, community hosts — anyone with real reach into e-commerce sellers. No coupon-site spam, no cashback third party. We check each application personally within 1-2 business days.

When are commissions paid out?

Commissions are released after 14 days (refund window). Payout runs monthly in batches via SEPA or PayPal, min. €50. You see every booking live in your dashboard.

What happens after the 12 months?

The 30% runs for 12 months from the first payment of your referral. After that your referral stays with us, the referral stream ends. So you can plan long-term and we keep the financial base.

Are my referrals treated worse?

No. Your referral pays the normal plan price and gets the same service as any other customer. We pay the 30% commission out of our margin, not from the price.
