Specification — what Amazon accepts
Amazon is strict about format: aspect 16:9 or 1:1, at least 1,280 × 720 px. Codec H.264, bitrate 5–15 Mbps. Audio AAC, stereo, –12 dB on average. Maximum length 5 minutes; in reality 30–45 seconds performs best.
Deviate from these specs and you get a reject after 24–48 h — and have to repeat the whole upload process.
Content rules — what is not allowed
No brand logos other than your own. No comparison tables with other sellers. No URLs, phone numbers or references to external shops.
Bestseller claims (“#1 Amazon Choice”) are off-limits too unless they currently apply — Amazon checks this in the reject loop and can temporarily suspend the entire listing.
Auto-upload via the SP-API
With Brand Registry you get access to the Selling Partner API. Buust uses it to publish each finished video straight into the A+ Content slot of your ASIN — without you having to click around in Brand Manager.
What to do without Brand Registry
You can still generate videos and upload them manually via A+ Content. Reach is lower (only the “From this collection” slot), but it’s better than no video at all.
