How do I connect my shop or marketplace?

In the dashboard under "Connections" you pick your platform (Shopify, eBay, Amazon, Gambio, JTL, xt:Commerce, modified, OXID, PrestaShop). You go through the platform's official sign-in flow — no technical setup needed. After 30–60 seconds your listing overview is there.

How do I create my first sales video?

In the dashboard under "Listings" you pick a product, then "Create video". Buust automatically suggests fitting templates. Click "Render" — after 1–3 minutes you have the finished video, can approve it, and send it directly to the platform.

How do I change copy, voice, or music?

Before rendering you see a preview with all copy and voice/music selection. After rendering, in the "Approval" area you can trigger re-renders with different copy or voices — new copy costs 1 credit, a full re-render costs the normal amount of credits.

How do I auto-publish to social channels?

Connect your social accounts under "Connections" (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, X, Threads). Once a video is approved, you can publish it with one click to all connected channels at once — including platform-specific copy and a clickable bio link.

Why don't I see any listings after connecting?

The first sync runs in the background and can take 1–10 minutes depending on shop size. If nothing is there after 10 minutes: re-trigger the connection under "Connections". If that doesn't help, write to us with the shop name.

What happens if a render fails?

We check automatically and retry up to 3 times. If all attempts fail, your credits are refunded — you don't have to do anything. In the "Approval" area you see the status and can manually restart.

How do credits & my monthly allowance work?

Every plan includes a monthly render allowance (credits). 1 standard video = 1 credit; higher style tiers cost accordingly more (between 1 and 12 credits). The allowance resets automatically every month. Top-up credits can be bought as needed.

Can I switch or cancel the plan at any time?

Yes. Dashboard under "Plan & billing" → switch plan (effective immediately) or cancel (effective at the end of the term). No minimum term. Upgrades are pro-rated; downgrades credit the remainder.

Where do I find my invoices?

Dashboard → "Plan & billing" → invoices. PDF download with VAT statement. Invoices are also sent automatically to your workspace email.

Where is my data stored and is Buust GDPR-compliant?

Yes. All data is stored exclusively in German data centers. Shop credentials are encrypted per workspace. You get a data processing agreement (DPA) on request the same day — see "Contact" → DPA / data protection.

Do I get my money back if I'm not satisfied?

Within the first 14 days after signup: yes, no questions asked. Just write to info@buust.de, the amount is refunded to the same payment method.

Do you offer training or onboarding calls?

Yes — for all paid plans a 30-minute setup call is free. Book via the contact form (topic "Demo / setup call") or directly via WhatsApp with the founder.
